Set Up / Monthly Rental Charges

There are no monthly rental charges, you only pay for connected calls. No calls no fees. There may be a set up or integration charge depending on the complexity of the requirement.

Call charges

These vary depending on the destination of the calls. We can deliver a call to any destination either in the UK or Abroad. We can deliver calls to mobiles, so it's difficult to give accurate costs but broadly speaking they're standard BT network charges.

Connection Fee

You only pay for connect calls to the customer. There's a connection fee per call but you only pay for connected calls over 15 seconds. The connection fee is based on volume, for more details please call. Alternatively for high volume sites, the solution can be provided for a fixed monthly fee plus call charges.
