When a prospective customer visits a website they're normally looking for information or going to buy good and services. As part of the process they have to complete a form asking for a number of personal details, one of which is always a contact telephone number.
Leadcall will make that website visit into a hot lead within seconds, we receive the contact telephone number via http API or even simple email and push the data into the Leadcall system.
The system calls the Inbound sales team and they hear a pre-recorded message such as:
"Hello, this is a Leadcall. Quote ref. XYZ567. Please hold to be connected to the customer. To hear the quote ref again, please press 1"
The agent is then able to bring up the quote on screen, and Leadcall seamlessly connects to your customer. Because the customer has just been on the website they will understand and appreciate the call.
This means you've just made an outbound call within seconds of a customer visit to your website without the usual outbound call hassle. We've found the optimum time to call a customer is between 5-15mins after a website visit.
The same process can apply to enquires generated from and email campaign or SMS campaign.
If the enquiry is out of hours we can store the data and queue the calls until the next time you're available to take the call.
