Leadcall was developed to help clients maximise the opportunities they were generating from their website. We now handle hundreds of thousands of leads per month for a variety of clients, many of them in the Financial Services sector.
The requirement was for a cost efficient way of delivering Inbound sales calls into the Contact Centre that had been generated by the marketing campaigns they were running on the web or via email and SMS. So rather than waiting for the customer to call, we called them first.
We developed Leadcall to take away any manual intervention. We automate every call and play an announcement to inform the agent where the call has come from. We can also announce other details such as customer reference numbers, policy numbers or even car registration number.
The system is flexible and robust, and can be adapted to suit individual requirements.
